(1) The Foundation shall have a separate fund.

 (2) The following amounts to the fund under sub-section (1): Will remain :–

(a) Grant amount received from Nepal Government,

(b) any foreign government, International Union< /span>, grants received from institutions or foreign organizations,

(c) any person, < span lang="NE" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;">loans from institutions or governments, Donations, Help, Amount of grant or donation,

(d) ……….. Grant amount received from municipality,

(e) Funds received from any other source.

< span style="color: #000000;">(3) The establishment does not support any foreign government, International Union, Prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained before receiving grant money from organizations or foreign organizations.

(4) The program or work for which the funds have been received by the foundation must be spent on the same program or work.

(5) All the expenses to be incurred by the establishment shall be met from the fund under sub-section (2). < /p>

(6) The amount earned by the concerned training center will be disbursed to the same training center as specified.

(7) All funds received by the Foundation in the name of the Foundation Nepal  ………. An account will be opened in a local bank and deposited.

(8) Executive Director of Fund and Accounts Operations of the Foundation and It will be through the joint signature of the head of the account.
